A Supportive Approach to Wellness

Radiant Holistic Healing offers gentle, restorative practices that help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body.

I’m a licensed massage therapist and yoga & meditation practitioner offering:

  • massage therapy in Annapolis and Arnold, Maryland

  • yin and restorative yoga classes (in-person and online)

  • guided meditation and nervous system support

This work isn’t about pushing or fixing. It’s about creating space for your body to soften, your mind to settle, and your system to reset.

How This Work Found Me

This path started with my own health challenges.

At 24 years old, I was hospitalized and diagnosed with cardiomyopathy and congestive heart failure after experiencing severe symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath, and fainting. As a single mother, it was one of the most overwhelming and uncertain times in my life.

During that time, I turned to yoga, meditation, and energy healing—not as a last resort, but as a way to cope and to find some sense of stability.

What I found was more than stress relief.

These practices helped me reconnect with my body, regulate my nervous system, and begin healing in a way that felt steady and sustainable. They also opened the door to working through deeper layers of anxiety and trauma.

That experience is what shapes how I show up in this work today.

Who I Work With

I tend to work with people who are:

  • Living with chronic illness and navigating the physical and emotional weight that comes with it

  • Stressed, burnt out, or constantly overwhelmed

  • In a season of recovery or transition

  • Or simply looking to feel better and more at ease in their body

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or “good” at any of this. You just need a willingness to show up as you are.

I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure of what comes next.

My goal is to create a space where you can breathe, feel supported, and begin to reconnect with yourself at your own pace.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to start.
